If you buy a decoration, is the bonus a one time thing or do you get it every time you collect from a merchant around it?

John I have 3 trees. Bought 2 ( name unknown at this moment) and one came free. But I never got the
RED tree that also gives bonuses. In your post I only see 3. Just thought I share. Also I LOVE that you can buy more then one Halloween tree. At present I get somewhere around 54% bonus :-) :-) Thank you PG

Thanks DA for posting this. I was wondering if there was anything special about the mother tree or if it is just a "mother tree" ;-)

Tied up? Is that your way of stopping you morphing your wolf? Or just enjoying yourself?

Question- is this a one time bonus on the merchants or do you get the 10% bonus each time you collect from them?

every time and the more bonus items you have around your merchants/houses the more you can collect at one time.

The bonus doesn't work by addition, merely multiplication.

    So it's not as if it's 10% + 5% = 15% bonus. It's 1.1 x 1.05 = 1.155% bonus if they are positioned close enough together to hit the same merchants.

    1. The last thing I want to do is hurt you. But it's still on the list.

    2. I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my grandfather, not screaming and yelling like the passengers in his car.

    3. The voices in my head may not be real, but they have some good ideas!

Thanks your clarification, now please clarify where i actually stated anything to the affect that it works with addition or even multiplication...as far as i can see i merely stated you can collect more at the same time, i did not actually explain mathematically how!

By the way my 2 bonus items with one merchant gave me 21% bonus
3 gave me 33%... all bonus items are 10% items.

Thanks for the list of bonus items, very useful.

Do screenshots of these items exist anywhere? Or is there another way I can identify the items/furniture I have? If the item is a bonus item, is it visually obvious?

I've got a load of items but I usually stick them altogether, out of the way on their own island, and therefore have no idea if they give bonuses or not... Now that I've heard how powerful these bonuses are I realise how stupid this is...

You can't miss them -- in the decorations menu each one says x% Bonus! or the like. (The exception to this was the trees from the first bonus LTQ, which were not advertised as such.) when you place or move the item, you'll see a green field of influence around it and a bonus! legend above merchants inside it. So you're still safe relegating your non-bonus items to the Island of Misfit Toys.
