DECORATIONS You can build all decorations and the doctors house on step 1. Tap your decorations to complete build once you reach the step they are required only as they can be purchased multiple times. The mushroom is a bonus decoration. Take a screenshot of where you place them if you normally have trouble finding your decorations.

VOYAGES Remember, the voyage completes when the ship docks, as in stops moving. To avoid prematurely tapping it, note the time you send your ship out. If it has completed and it's slow to dock just exit and enter game. Completing the voyage prior to step and then tapping treasure box is not completing a voyage.

If you send a ship on voyage prior to reaching that step please remember that it must return for when you do reach that step so LEAVE ADEQUATE TIME.

The Outbreak
Step 1/6
Collect from Maria's house twice
Complete 3 ruby mermaid spins
Tap boat merchant twice

REWARD 4 emeralds 1,500 coins

Step 2/6
Get a Plague Doctor (decoration) 11 rubies 8 hrs
Tap 10 dolphins
Tap 50 houses (may vary)

REWARD 10 sapphires 2,000 coins

Step 3/6
Build Doctor's House 29 rubies 14 hrs
Collect from Doctor's House 3 times
Defeat 2 pirates (friends will count)

REWARD 500 pearls 2,500 coins

Step 4/6

Place a mouldy rock (decoration) 19 rubies 7 hrs
Collect from Bakery twice

REWARD 300 pearls 3,000 coins

Step 5/6
Plant a mushroom (decoration) 25 rubies 9 hrs - bonus decoration 10%
Tap Doctor's House once
Return in 4 hrs

REWARD 1 blackpearl 3,500 coins

Step 6/6
Complete medium voyage with Beth Cruiser
Find a serum

REWARD merchant - Hospital 2 hr to build
Upgrades with pearls
150, 320, 650, 1280, 2560, per tap each tier
Does not drop resources.

This is a merchant, the other was a community hospital and a house.

I was going to do it, then I wasn't, then I was. I had 81 rubies. By my calculations it takes 84 rubies which is a bit steep! Then I lost 2 rubies on the 3 x 2 ruby spins. Now only 79:-(

Thanks for the spoilers as I can make an assessment at the start whether I do it or not. How much does the hospital pay out? Does anyone know? (Apologies if this has been posted before) just wondering if it IS worth all those rubies...

On another note... Rather annoyingly I read the x3 spins as mastery spins (not paying attention) got up to 40 rubies from 23, but back down to 24 as carried on spinning GAH! That'll teach me to read it properly!

I got this quest today. Did some others get the most tenacious instead, or in addition? I didn't get that one. Wondering what the reward for that one is. Not much on the thread about it yet.

Hiya....Pfffft! Pah? Does that mean you're creped off? Amazing how we can come up with words that express our frustration, without swearing! My fave is "poobah" who's actually a character from The Mikado! But you're right on the knocker re the rubies.....wow, the merchant better be one ruddy ripper! I think I'll let my my budgie play Russian roulette....(don't worry, he's well and truly stuffed

) and then make a decision....

I think I'll give this one a miss. Too many rubies and decos, not good enough reward, but I'll pick up another bonus deco, thank you very much PG.

I went from 63 to 61 rubies on the spins. Thought perhaps I was finally do for a real winning spin (I often come out behind, but never more than a few ahead). No luck, so I'm out, too.

Larger version of the merchant and house. The house comes with a doctor walking around. I have seen no nurse with the merchant.

Yes it does. Everything in the green box gets a 10% bonus. I always place the bonus items near the highest merchants to gather as much bonus cash as possible

Before you recommend Aspirin I would check if Maria has any issues that Aspirin could complicate.
