I think you are a bit more diplomatic than I am at the moment CT. Reality is, the quest is there, but no deco in the shop to buy. No colorful popup to announce it either. The popup is no value to the game, but I like looking at it and admiring the artwork. Some people stayed up late to be able to buy some decos, all in vain. Not nice PG, not nice at all!
