Hi everyone.
I already solved my problem.
I think that the new update is not supported by iOS 6.
I updated my old iPhone4 to iOS 7.1.2, reinstalled the game and already got full access to game.
Thanks for everyones help, specially Arlene sugestion.

Hi I updated my iPad some weeks ago and installed new version of game almost as soon as it became available. So I've had no problems as such. Might I suggest that you make sure your game centre account is active and that you make a backup on your computer too. That way if anything went wrong you have a copy to resort to

I got no update for a long time in the app store. Last updat I got was 02-11-2016. I live in the Netherlands.

Hello, Fishstick! You need to submit a ticket to PG, with a copy of your receipt from iTunes. Choose the option "Did not receive purchase". They will credit your game with the rubies. Arlene is very speedy. Originally Posted by Fishsticks007
