Hello Fashioneers!

We've noticed recently that some of our players aren't really certain as to where to submit support tickets. A link to our general FAQ and support page can be found here: https://pocketgems.zendesk.com/hc/en-us. At the top right you should see a button that says "Submit a Request". From here you will be able to submit a ticket. Additionally you can go to www.pocketgems.com/support , and it should automatically take you to what our most recent support client it.

Important to note is that if you see a ticket id combination look like this: GY2-Y3T-UI389, then this means you've submitted a ticket to our old support client. We don't have access to that one anymore so you'll want to make sure you're submitting a response to get a ticket id that looks like: #189815.
